Research Activities

• Establish OCR concept and develop comprehensive setting tool PCs/PQCs
• High efficiency of (In) GaN-LED and OLED by applying template
• Research for photoelectric device application using photon control characteristics (photon control based on 1D photoninc crystal)
• Precise alignment of nanospheres according to hydrophilic modification of various substrate surfaces using low temperature water-plasma
• Manufacture of various forms of 2D photonic crystals using multiple exposures according to tiling and rotation of optical devices
• An Evaluation of Applicability to Improve OLED light emission efficiency in large scale 2D Photonography (42% improvement over previous)
