Laboratory Introduction

The Semiconductor Materials & Optoelectronic Devices Lab is conducting research on organic/inorganic hybrid semiconductor materials and optoelectronic devices. For the research, we synthesize various nanomaterials and focused on optimizing the surface/interfaces characteristics of nanomaterials to enhance the performance of optoelectronic devices.

Research Activities

• Development of high efficiency and high stability LEDs and solar cells through surface/interface optimization of perovskite films and nanocrystals.
